Custom greeting cards are a great way to reach out to people for a special occasion. Here at Minuteman Press we not only print your greeting cards, but we can design them too! Take a look at our examples to the right if you'd like some ideas to get started.
Keep in mind whether you want your artwork to bleed! Bleeds mean that the artwork runs all the way to the edge of the paper. A print-ready file will be just a little bigger than the final size. Once printed, we'll then cut slightly past the artwork in order to guarantee that the composition is centered. Having that extra padding also helps us avoid trimming off anything important, so you'll want to make sure that anything vital is well away from the edge.
The final product will be given to you flat so that it can easily be transported and stored. Since greeting cards are printed on cardstock, they must be scored so that the fibers of the paper don't tear when the card is folded; this makes for stress-free folding when you get there!
For stock options we have a variety of cardstock weights and textures. Let us know if you have a preference, or feel free to drop by and view paper samples!
